How Haines Watts used Fluidly to start conversations about cashflow

Get clients engaged with new services

Haines Watts Manchester, which has a strong focus on technology, was looking for new ways to engage with clients.

“We’re constantly trying to educate clients and show how we can help across a range of areas,” Riaz Kala, Associate Director at Haines Watts Manchester said.

One of Riaz’s clients, a ski equipment and clothing shop in London, had been hit hard by the pandemic. “The company had missed out on two ski seasons,” Riaz said. “So we discussed a few options and they made some changes in order to pay suppliers, but we expected a crunch later in the year.”


An easy, seamless referral process

Further down the line, Riaz contacted the client to see if they’d considered funding to tide them through the months ahead. When they expressed interest, he referred the business to Fluidly, who helped them apply.
