At Fluidly, we are fundamentally rethinking the way businesses plan and manage their finances, from cashflow to funding. 

We’re a team of 50 (and growing) smart, curious, warm and humble people who are dedicated to solving the biggest problem for all business owners – cash worries.

No day at Fluidly is the same. We’re rapidly scaling our tools so it’s a fast-paced, innovative environment – and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Hybrid working

We work partly from home (work/life balance, deep focus days) and partly from the office (collaborative meeting, post work beers days).

Time off

Our holiday allowance is 25 days (excluding bank holidays) and we will make you take it. Burnout is not big or clever.

Your home office (or kitchen or cafe)

We currently have two offices, one in Shoreditch in London and one in Newcastle and both are surrounded by some fantastic independent cafes, restaurants and pubs!

We’re trialling a Hybrid Work approach with the team heading into an office a couple of days a week and working the remaining days wherever suits them – whether that also be in the office or back at home.

We’ve introduced this as a result of listening to the needs of the team and will continue to do so to ensure we foster productive and happy work environments wherever they may be.
